The Second Practice
The Business Behind Your Brand
For people who are exceptional at their craft and would rather stay exceptional at it. Ten services that can stand alone — but the real value is in how they work together: one team, one view of the business, nothing falling through the cracks.

Who It's For
Astrologers, Coaches, Creators, Practitioners
A small, carefully chosen roster of independent professionals and personal brands — people whose craft is already working, and whose business has outgrown the evenings they can give it.
The studio sits inside the business end to end: sourcing and negotiating brand deals, running the social and content pipeline, booking and producing podcast conversations, coordinating styling logistics, and keeping every follow-up, invoice and renewal on schedule.
The Index
Ten Services, One System

How an Engagement Starts
A Simple, Unhurried Process
Conversation
A short call to understand where things stand and what's actually needed.
Proposal
A clear scope and plan — no bundled services you didn't ask for.
Onboarding
Systems, calendars and contacts set up so nothing gets lost in a handover.
Ongoing Management
Regular check-ins, transparent reporting, and a team that follows through.
The Relationship
How the Day-to-Day Feels
Direct Access
You're talking to the same one or two people every time — not a rotating account manager reading from a shared inbox.
A Regular Rhythm
Scheduled check-ins keep you looped in on what moved, what's pending and what needs a decision — without turning into daily admin.
Everything in One Place
Deals, content, invoices and follow-ups live in a single system, not scattered across a notes app and half-answered DMs.
Room to Adjust
As the brand grows or priorities shift, the scope adjusts with it. This isn't a fixed package that stops fitting after month one.
Common Questions
How Engagements Actually Work
Can I start with just one service?
Yes. Plenty of engagements start narrow — one or two services — and expand once there's a working rhythm. Nothing is bundled that you didn't ask for.
Can services be combined into a custom package?
That's the norm rather than the exception. Most of the value shows up when a few pieces work together — content and business development sharing one calendar and one view of the business, for example.
How is this billed?
Billing structure depends on the scope agreed for your engagement, and it's set out plainly at the proposal stage — before anything starts, not after.
Can the scope change after we start?
Yes. As the brand or the season changes, the scope flexes with it. That flexibility is part of ongoing management, not a separate renegotiation each time.
Is there a fixed-term contract?
Terms are set out plainly in the proposal before anything begins, so you know exactly what you're agreeing to going in.
How is this different from hiring one freelancer?
A single specialist handles one piece of the puzzle. This is the operating layer underneath the whole business — deals, content, styling logistics and follow-through working as one connected system, rather than separate people who don't talk to each other.
Let's Talk
Not sure which services you need?
That's exactly what the first conversation is for.
