Styling & Brand Consultancy
Visual & Aesthetic Direction
A feed that feels like walking into your world.
Strategy decides what you say. Direction decides how it looks when you say it. This is where the brand becomes recognisable at a glance — before the name has even loaded on the screen.
What It Covers
Inside the Work
Feed & Grid Aesthetic Curation
How the profile reads as a whole: sequencing, contrast, repetition and negative space, considered as a single composition rather than thirty separate posts.
Visual Branding
Colour palette, typography and moodboards that make your content recognisable before the handle is read — the visual equivalent of a familiar voice.
Photoshoot & Reel Concept Direction
Concepts, locations and props, plus the outfits — styled by the same eye that built the strategy, which is the point of working this way.
Content Batching & Shoot-Day Planning
One shoot day producing weeks of content, planned shot by shot in advance so nothing is improvised and nothing is wasted.
Pieces Designed for the Shoot
Where a concept needs something that does not exist yet, the garment is designed for it rather than sourced around it. The influencer shoot on the Lookbook was styled in pieces designed for that concept.
Anyone whose content is good but whose profile doesn't yet look like a brand.
A visual identity, moodboards, and a shot-listed shoot plan that turns one day into a season of content.
Questions
Before You Enquire
What is the difference between this and brand strategy?
Strategy is what you say. Visual direction is what it looks like — feed curation, visual identity and shoot direction, so the profile is recognisable before the handle is read.
Do you direct shoots in person?
Where possible. Otherwise the shoot runs from a written direction and shot list, which is often enough.
Can this work alongside styling?
That is exactly what the combined Style & Story engagement is for — the person dressing you is the person who built the content plan around it.
