Are the quotes on this page real?
Not yet — they're placeholders, marked clearly in brackets, standing in for the layout until real clients confirm their words.
Why aren't full names used?
Some clients prefer to keep their styling and business relationships private. Where a client is comfortable being named, it's a pleasure to include it — it's always their choice.
Can I speak to a reference directly?
Worth asking during the first conversation. Where a client is open to it, a direct conversation can sometimes be arranged.
Will I be asked for a testimonial if I become a client?
Only ever after real work is done, and only if you're comfortable. Giving a testimonial is never a condition of working together.
