Fashion Therapy
Because how you dress is how you feel.
This is the practice that sets my work apart. A wardrobe rarely fails for aesthetic reasons — it fails because something changed and the clothes didn't catch up. Here we deal with that directly, then dress accordingly.

What It Covers
Inside the Work
Confidence & Image Coaching
Unpacking the story you've been telling yourself through clothes, and rewriting it. Dressing tied to mood, self-image and the stage of life you're actually in — not the one you were in when the wardrobe was bought.
Complete Makeover Sessions
Outfit, hair, skin and accessories designed as one cohesive look rather than four separate decisions made by four different people on four different days.
Grooming & Presentation Coaching
Posture, grooming rituals, and how you physically carry a look. The details that decide whether styling lands or simply sits there.
“Dress for the Life You Want” Sessions
Styling around career changes, weight transitions, post-pregnancy bodies and new relationships — the wardrobe catching up to the life, sometimes running slightly ahead of it.
Anyone in transition — a new role, a new body, a new city, or a new chapter the old wardrobe doesn't fit.
A wardrobe that reflects who you are now, and the confidence to dress without second-guessing yourself.
Questions
Before You Enquire
Is this actually therapy?
No, and it should not be confused with it. This is styling work that takes seriously why a wardrobe stopped working — a life change, a body change, a role change. It is not clinical practice and is not a substitute for it.
What if I don't know why my wardrobe stopped working?
That is usually the starting point rather than a problem. Most people arrive with the symptom — a full closet and nothing to wear — and the reason surfaces in conversation.
Can this be done remotely?
The conversation can. The wardrobe work benefits enormously from being in the room, so a hybrid usually gets the best result.

Shall We Start With a Conversation?
No pressure and no pitch — just a short call to work out whether this is the right fit.
